Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy services to patients in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Evaluate and treat patients with diagnoses including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, amputations, and trauma
• Develop and implement individualized, intensive rehabilitation treatment plans tailored to each patient's recovery goals
• Utilize advanced rehabilitation equipment including Synaptic, TechnoBody, InMotion, Ekso Skeleton, and Real VR System
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to maximize patient health, function, and quality of life
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout their recovery journey in compliance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Montana Physical Therapist licensure (required prior to start)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of physical therapy experience
• Experience treating patients ages 14 and older across neuro, orthopedic, spinal cord, and trauma populations
• Ability to manage a patient caseload ratio of approximately 6:1
• Team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior inpatient rehabilitation (IRF) experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with common diagnoses such as stroke, hip/knee/ankle fractures, pelvic fractures, amputations, brain injury, and laminectomy
• Experience with advanced rehabilitation technology and equipment
