Summary Provide world-class service to guests at the Gallery, represent the brand through polished communication and professionalism, and support smooth front-of-house operations including greeting, check-in and concierge functions. Responsibilities Greet and engage clients as they enter the Gallery delivering exceptional service Answer guest questions about Interior Design Services and connect them with appropriate Associates Manage check-in for design appointments and restaurant waitlist and provide coat and umbrella check Provide occasional concierge service and handle valet validation Set up and break down the Gallery host station and monitor gallery areas for cleanliness and safety Assist with onsite and offsite events as needed Provide feedback on guest comments or escalations to leadership Requirements 2+ years of related experience Willingness to learn new tasks and services Energetic, accountable and team oriented Reliable, dependable and responsible with ability to multitask Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
