What you’ll be doing Drive end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hourly roles across multiple sites Build strong relationships with hiring managers to deliver fast, effective hiring outcomes Represent the business in local communities through fairs, schools, and outreach initiatives Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and hiring processes to ensure seamless delivery What you’ll bring 2-5 years’ recruitment experience within manufacturing, construction, or similar environments Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring with strong coordination skills Confidence engaging stakeholders and candidates in both office and on-site settings Creative sourcing mindset beyond traditional platforms Who this suits You’re a hands-on recruiter who prefers being out in the field rather than behind a desk.
