Global Medical Affairs Associate - VIE Contract Location: United States of America, Cambridge Target start date: 01/02/2027 iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide. About the job As Global Medical Affairs Associate VIE within our Therapeutic area team you will support a launch molecule in Hemophilia. You will gain exposure to medical strategy at different stages of the launch: (1) pre-launch including medical education and market shaping, (2) evolution of medical narratives based on evidence generation, and (3) strategic data dissemination based on clinical management needs. Main responsibilities: Support Global Medical Lead (GML) with implementation of the Global Medical Plan, with a key focus on project management and driving implementation of medical narrative across omnichannel initiatives. Partner with scientific communication team in the development and execution of the Global Publication Plan, with emphasis on manuscripts and congress presentations. Assist with trainings for country medical teams, including updating global tools/resources for launches into new markets. Support the development and evolution of Global Medical Affairs (GMA) strategy into 2028. Enhance and coordinate Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategy within GMA and with cross functional partners. Run monthly meetings for GMA and scientific communication & maintain project tracker. Assist with team projects and ad hoc initiatives based on needs. About you Experience: Experience supporting medical education, scientific writing and medical initiatives. Soft and technical skills: Ideally have worked in the field of orphan diseases; Hematology experience would be advantageous. Ability to plan/organize the work & tasks and to work within tight timelines. Strong sense of responsibility. Demonstrates positive attitude, proactive, embraces team spirit and comfortable with dynamic environment. Demonstrated relationship building at all levels of the organization and across geographies. Exhibits outstanding written and oral communication skills. Quick learner who can synthesize information and come up with creative solutions. Education: Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, Masters) preferred. Languages Fluent English (verbal and written). Why choose us?
