General Purpose Hiring Salary Is Dependent Upon Experience. The hiring range is $23.09 - $25.86 / hour. Join our vibrant team as an Active Adult Services Specialist! Under the guidance of our Recreation Coordinator and Recreation Supervisor, you'll play a key role in enriching the lives of our community through planning and implementing a diverse range of engaging activities for active adults. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference, as you'll not only lead programs but also help market them and represent our city positively within the community. This entry‑level, part‑time position offers flexible hours. Work Hours Typically, work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, with variable hours totaling up to 32 per week. Some evenings and weekends may be required depending on events and programming. Minimum Qualifications Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Must possess a current CPR/First Aid certificate or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire date. Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license and supply motor vehicle record prior to hire.
