Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 yearly

Responsibilities: Partner with clients to evaluate their financial goals and design customized strategies.
Deliver a full spectrum of services, including investment planning, retirement solutions, insurance protection, and college savings programs.
Educate clients on essential financial principles to empower confident, well-informed decision-making.
Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized support.
Engage in continuous training to sharpen expertise and remain up to date with industry trends.
Pursue career growth opportunities with clear pathways to leadership and management roles.

Qualifications: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States with a U.S. phone number.
Strong communication and people skills.
Self-driven with a willingness to learn and improve.
No previous experience in finance is required—our training program will guide you.
Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
