Middle School Social Studies Teacher/Advisor

Middle School Social Studies Teacher and Advisor (Full Time) Durham Academy is accepting applications for a Middle School Social Studies Teacher as a member of the Social Studies Department. Duties include teaching four sections of Social Studies for students in grades 5 through 8, and serving as an advisor to a group of up to 12 students. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree. An advanced degree or other commensurate experience is preferred, as is coaching a team sport. This full‑time position is for the 2026–27 school year.
