The OccuNet Company is seeking a Member Benefits Advocate to support members with benefit quotes, eligibility inquiries, and questions about claim status and Explanation of Benefit (EOB) documents. You will handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, chat, and email to ensure timely, accurate information across health plans.
