Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events from inception to completion. This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure every event is seamless and memorable. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including conferences, weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings. Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. Manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and oversee contracts to ensure cost-effective event planning. Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, audiovisual equipment, and accommodations. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role with successful event execution. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
