The Role:
- Full ownership of MEP project delivery across commercial construction.
- Lead financial management including budgets, revenue forecasting, cash flow analysis & change order pricing

The Candidate:
- Experienced in MEP project management within commercial construction
- Strong technical understanding of MEP systems design and constructability, with the ability to review plans and specifications with authority
