Responde llamadas entrantes siguiendo protocolos similares. Monitorea la radio bidireccional y las cámaras de vigilancia para solicitudes de seguridad y emergencia, notificando y despachando los recursos adecuados. Registra reparaciones en el cementerio, violaciones de seguridad y solicitudes de mantenimiento en el sistema. Posición gerencial responsable de adaptarse rápidamente a nuevas estructuras, procesos y regulaciones laborales, redactar POE (Procedimientos Operativos Estándar) y ayudas laborales, y garantizar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones locales, estatales y federales.
