Capital Markets Associate Attorney (5–6 Years) – Major U.S. Markets A nationally recognized corporate practice is seeking a Capital Markets Associate with 5–6 years of sophisticated experience to join its high-performing team in one of its major U.S. offices. You will play a key role in structuring and executing a broad range of capital markets offerings while partnering directly with senior attorneys and clients on strategic matters. You Will Work On Public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities IPOs and follow-on offerings Debt capital markets transactions Securities compliance and Exchange Act reportingCorporate governance advisory matters This platform offers exposure to sophisticated clients and transactions across industries, providing the depth and scale necessary to elevate your practice to the next level. Candidate Profile The Ideal Candidate Will Have 5–6 years of capital markets experience in a law firm setting Substantial experience with public and private securities offerings Strong familiarity with Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance Excellent academic credentials Admission to, and good standing with, the bar in the state of intended practice A JD and previous experience working in a law firm (required) This role is well-suited for a commercially minded associate seeking to deepen their capital markets expertise within a nationally respected platform. Compensation: Competitive market compensation. In New York, the anticipated base salary range is $225,000–$445,000, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits.
