About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Industrial Sales in the West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the industrial sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in selling complex technology or network solutions to industrial sectors. The VP of Sales will be tasked with achieving aggressive sales targets, expanding relationships with strategic accounts, and ensuring the sales team is optimized for maximum impact. Key outcomes in the first 12-18 months include revenue growth, strategic account management, and pipeline optimization. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), at least 12 years of B2B sales experience, and a minimum of 5 years in executive sales leadership. The role demands a leader with strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools. The ideal candidate will also have experience in long-cycle enterprise sales, government contracting, and a background in industrial IoT and related technologies. The VP of Sales will be expected to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence, and to provide executive reporting on performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.
