As a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organizations through complex digital decisions.About the roleThe Renewal Specialist II is responsible for reconciling client renewal contract data, preparing proactive renewal quotes, and processing subsequent sales ordersAs a Renewals Specialist you will:Responsible for managing a book of business including selling and expanding maintenance renewals by conducting research, verifying maintenance renewal data, gather pricing information, generating renewal quotations including additional revenue opportunities prior to expirationWork collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including sales, vendor partners and clients to build relationshipsWork in coordination with sales to proactively pursue maintenance renewals and develop new client leadsWhat we’re looking forTwo-year college degree and/or 2-3 years equivalent relevant business experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptableRelevant experience with customer account services, vendor, and client relationships, including maintenance support and/or contract renewals preferredRelevant experience in technology industry preferredMust demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with internal and externalstakeholders including sales, vendor partners and clientsWhat you can expectWe’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
