Maintenance Millwright
Pay: $24-$28 per hour DOE
Shift: Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm, must be able to work overtime and call-outs
Location: Channelview, TX 77530

Integrity Trade Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Millwright to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of industrial equipment and facility systems at our Houston-area operation. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

The Maintenance Millwright will be responsible for installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, aligning, and maintaining mechanical equipment used in pipe processing, fabrication, material handling, and industrial operations. The successful candidate will have strong mechanical skills, the ability to diagnose equipment problems, and a commitment to workplace safety. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and rotating equipment problems.
• Install, dismantle, repair, and rebuild machinery and equipment.
• Perform equipment alignment using precision measuring and alignment tools.
• Install and maintain bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, motors, drive systems, chains, sprockets, and other mechanical components.
• Inspect machinery for excessive wear, vibration, leaks, misalignment, or other potential failures.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, cutting equipment, precision measuring instruments, and other maintenance tools as required.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
• Lubricate machinery and maintain proper lubrication schedules.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance calls in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and document completed work.
• Work with operations personnel to identify recurring equipment problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and applicable environmental regulations.
• Participate in scheduled shutdowns, emergency repairs, and overtime as required.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience as a Millwright, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, or similar mechanical maintenance position.
• Strong understanding of industrial mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical failures and determine appropriate repairs.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy components and equipment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a maintenance team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Must be able to pass employment screenings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Millwright or industrial maintenance certification.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience performing precision shaft, motor, and equipment alignment.
• Experience working in a steel, pipe, fabrication, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment.
• Forklift, aerial lift, crane, or rigging experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and working in industrial environments. The employee must be able to use hand and power tools and work around moving machinery.
The ability to lift and handle heavy materials and components, with appropriate assistance and equipment, is required. Work may occur indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to noise, dust, heat, cold, grease, oils, and other typical industrial conditions. Work Environment

• The Maintenance Millwright will work in a heavy industrial environment and may be exposed to operating machinery, heavy equipment, elevated noise levels, welding and cutting operations, and varying weather conditions.
  Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times as required by company policy.
