Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of accounting and financial analysis tasks that directly support the company's reporting and forecasting objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a drive to continuously improve processes.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Support financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis using tools such as PeopleSoft and OneStream .
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal control policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during audits and financial reviews.
• Assist with preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within accounting operations.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of direct experience in an accounting environment (mix of public accounting and industry experience preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP .
• Experience with GL and Forecasting tools (e.g., PeopleSoft, OneStream).
• Advanced Excel skills , including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• CPA certification or active progress toward CPA.
• Experience with Statutory Audits .
• Familiarity with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
