Retail Sales Associate
Overview:
We are a fast-growing sales and customer engagement firm looking for a driven and personable Entry Level Sales Associate to join our sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for helping people find the right energy products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Build connections with new and existing customers through direct interactions in a retail setting
- Deliver personalized energy consultations and help customers choose the right electricity plan for their lifestyle and budget
- Answer questions, troubleshoot concerns, and deliver excellent service
- Track interactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve outreach and team performance
