Overview:
As Respiratory Care Manager, you will oversee a dynamic department committed to delivering exceptional respiratory services. You'll lead a talented team of respiratory therapists, managing daily operations, improving workflows, and cultivating a positive team culture. What You'll Do & Achieve:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of respiratory therapists across multiple shifts, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, equipment procurement, and implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to optimize patient care and department performance, ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Drive process improvements, enhance team engagement, and support the integration of new technologies and workflows.
• Help create a vibrant, collaborative environment that addresses challenges proactively and celebrates successes.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of management experience in respiratory care or a related healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a personable, resilient attitude
• Extensive ventilator experience, including use of Cervo ventilators and Bipaps
• Ability to manage outpatient PFT scheduling and equipment
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hospital leadership and staff

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience managing a department in a rural healthcare environment
• Prior involvement in organizational culture change and team development
• Outpatient and pediatric respiratory experience
• Knowledge of RVUs and staff scheduling complexities
