Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique concerns of each client, enabling you to create customized treatment plans that promote healing and personal growth.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to meet each client's individual needs.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly assessing their progress to ensure goals remain relevant and attainable throughout the course of treatment.
• Provide teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who prefer virtual appointments or face logistical challenges in accessing traditional face-to-face counseling.
• Maintain detailed client records, ensuring that documentation meets ethical standards while facilitating effective treatment and care continuity.
• Engage actively in professional development activities such as workshops and online courses to continually enhance your clinical skills and stay current on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve assisting adults and adolescents presenting with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of California.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude that fosters a safe environment for clients to explore their challenges.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseload efficiently and maintain timely documentation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition to a strong financial package, our benefits include:
