Join Our Team as a General Cardiologist
We are excited to invite a Board Eligible/Board Certified General Cardiologist to become a part of our exceptional team of Cardiologists and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in Billings, Montana. Our organization is the largest independent healthcare system in the region, proudly serving Montana, Wyoming, and the western Dakotas.
Compensation and Benefits- Starting Bonus: $100,000
- Competitive Salary: Our General Cardiologists earn above the 75th percentile.

- Flexible Work Styles: Choose between outpatient only (4-day work week) or a traditional model (inpatient/outpatient).
- Accreditations: We are the only ACC Accredited HeartCARE Center of Excellence in a five-state area, with additional ACC accreditations for Chest Pain Center, Electrophysiology, TAVR, and Heart Failure programs.
- Advanced Programs: We have the highest volume in the region for advanced structural procedures, including TAVR, MitraClip, WATCHMAN, and CardioMEMS.
Experience a multidisciplinary approach with on-site specialists in electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, structural cardiology, advanced heart failure, and congenital cardiology. Our state-of-the-art Cardiac Center features:
- Cardiac CT
- Cardiac MRI
- Echocardiography
- Nuclear cardiology
