Back Of House Worker
At Brienzo's Pizza + Bar, we're more than a pizzeria—we're a hospitality-driven restaurant focused on quality food, elevated service, and a strong team culture. We're looking for a Back of House Worker who take pride in their craft, work clean and organized, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
What You'll Do:
- Execute menu items consistently and to Brienzo's standards.
- Work stations including pizza, prep, and necessary tasks for a functional kitchen.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH team.
- Support a team-first environment—everyone helps everyone. We never say "that's not my job"!
What We're Looking For:
- Line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but we will train the right person).
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable.
- Willingness to learn multiple stations and grow with the team.
