Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a day shift, 40-hour-per-week travel contract including mileage reimbursement.

• Day shift schedule, 40 hours per week
• Home health setting with mileage reimbursement included
• Documentation via Home Care Home Base and Pointcare

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in home health physical therapy
• Active, unrestricted PT license in the state of practice required (license required if applicable)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (American Heart Association)
• Proficiency with Home Care Home Base and Pointcare required
• Must have worked in the submitted specialty within the last 3 months
• 2 supervisory references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past 2 years
• Skills checklist completed within the past year for this specialty required

Additional Information

• Candidates with a prior hit on their license will not be considered
• RTO is limited to no more than 5 days for the duration of the contract
