Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN/Flexible | Keller, TX Join our Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation team, providing functional, real‑life rehab to adults in home and community settings. This PRN (15–20 hrs/week) role is ideal for an experienced PT who loves autonomy, flexibility, and working with adults in neurorehabilitation. Why You’ll Love This Role Flexible schedule created by you Continuity of care – primary treating therapist from eval to discharge Pay per hour (not just per visit) No weekend shifts Drive time paid at your hourly clinical rate + mileage reimbursed Collaborative team, supportive leadership Professional advancement & education opportunities Responsibilities Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members Communicate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes Qualifications Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice Current Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification in accordance with state regulations A minimum of one year’s work experience as a physical therapist preferred Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury Effective and professional verbal and written communication Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to lift up to 100 pounds following safety procedures Tasks require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and ability to walk/stand for extended periods Physical requirements include pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently Health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, as per location policy and regulations to verify physical capability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations Location: Keller, TX #J-18808-Ljbffr Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation
