Live In Companions Needed - Urgent Hiring Need!

Live In Caregivers needed to support our North Side and South side clients! This need is urgent and you would have to be able to complete our application process and caregiver training through Care Academy (both online) quickly. Live in Care pays $220.00 per day for one client and $230.00 per day for two clients. There is a $15.00 per day meal stipend if the client does not provide food (it's their choice on if they provide food or not). Please see below for additional information regarding our company! 

Home Companion Solutions is a locally owned, values-driven home care company providing one-on-one, non-medical companion care to older adults in their homes. We are currently hiring reliable, compassionate caregivers who enjoy building relationships and helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home. You must have at least two years of experience as a companion and have experience caring for clients with dementia.

What You’ll Do

As a Companion Caregiver, you will provide non-medical assistance that supports daily living and emotional well-being, including:

Companionship and conversation
Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Medication reminders (no administration)
Assistance with walking and transfers
Transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities
Monitoring and reporting changes in condition to the care team

⏰ Shifts Available
Part-time and full-time positions
Weekdays, evenings, overnights, and weekends
Live-in and hourly shifts available
Flexible scheduling based on your availability

What We’re Looking For
Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals
Experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, DSP, or companion required (2 year minimum)

Ability to follow a care plan and communicate clearly Experience working with clients with dementia
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for applicable cases)
Must pass background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.

What We Offer
