Senior Operations Planning & Grid Reliability Leader

MISO Default Brand

MISO is seeking a senior Operations Planning leader to drive innovation and modernization of outage coordination and grid reliability from Carmel, IN. You will champion continuous improvement, automation, and data‑driven solutions across system operations, market operations, and external stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with preferred Master’s, and a proven track record in transmission/operations planning and cross‑functional leadership.
