Regional Director of Operations (Healthcare Dietary) - Hillside, IL

As our Regional Director of Operations (Healthcare Dietary), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare dietary services, ensuring the highest level of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Hillside, IL, and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service
Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and efficiency
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with dietary requirements and regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders
Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentorship, and make recommendations for staff development
Analyze and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability

Requirements

Experience in healthcare dietary services or related field
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
