• Outpatient-only primary care practice

• Full-time, 40-hour work week , including 35 hours of direct patient care

• Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM , with one weekly evening shift until 7:00 8:00 PM

• PCMH model collaborative, team-based care approach

• Full-scope Family Medicine , treating patients of all ages

• Visit durations:

  • New patients: minutes

  • Follow-ups/med management: minutes

• Supportive environment with experienced physicians, behavioral health integration, and nursing staff
