Dental Front Office Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and proficiency in dental office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Manage patient records and ensure accuracy
• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries
• Process patient payments and insurance claims
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in dental office software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with dental terminology and billing procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a dental office setting preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
