Growth Marketer

At Alicorn Ink, growth is a creative act. In this role, you'll build and run the marketing that grows brands across channels; advertising, social media, email, and beyond, both for the studio itself and for the clients who trust us with their story. This isn't about chasing vanity metrics or shouting into the void. It's about building real demand through sharp positioning, smart campaigns, and a deep understanding of the people each brand wants to reach. You connect creative work to measurable growth without ever losing the soul of what makes it worth paying attention to. What you'll do: Plan and run marketing campaigns across channels for both Alicorn Ink and our clients. Own paid advertising and social media strategy, from creative direction to budget and performance. Grow brand awareness and audiences through advertising, social, email, and content. Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, using data to sharpen positioning and spend. Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to turn creative work into compelling go-to-market moments for every brand we represent. Who you are: You have a track record of running campaigns that drove measurable growth in audience, sales, or engagement. You are fluent in modern marketing tools, from paid social and advertising platforms to analytics, email, and SEO. You are comfortable managing multiple brands at once, and you can adapt your approach to fit each one. You are equally strong on strategy and execution, and you can move between the two without losing momentum.
