Come join our team at Jimmy John's at Workman's Travel Center in Lowell, Arkansas!
We are looking for 1st and 2nd shift crew members!
Key responsibilities
- Customer service: Greet customers, take orders in-person or over the phone, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Sandwich preparation: Make sandwiches quickly and accurately, following all recipes, portion sizes, and brand standards.
- Store maintenance: Keep the restaurant and all work areas clean and sanitary, including tables, floors, windows, and restrooms.
· Teamwork: Foster a positive and collaborative environment by working together with other team members.
· Food safety: Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines.
· Product preparation: Assist with prepping ingredients, such as slicing vegetables and meats.
Qualifications and requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry 30-40 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills are needed for handling cash.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be mobile in walk-in refrigerator
