Freelance Designer

Job Description: Collaborate with nonprofits, associations, and mission-driven organizations on web, brand identity, social ads, digital campaigns, fundraising, and advocacy. Work with a diverse set of freelance creatives to address varied projects. Requirements: Designers with a strong aesthetic sensibility Understanding of brand identity Passion for creating work that is both beautiful and effective. Experience in UX and web design Ability to develop and extend brand’s identity across visual brand systems, logos, and style guides Experience in developing relevant designs for digital marketing and campaigns Ability to create fundraising and advocacy creative Illustration skills to bring stories to life Experience in motion and animation to catch attention and tell stories Creative imagination and fresh ideas Strategic thinking to craft elegant user experiences Innovative techniques implementation Commitment to valuing diverse perspectives in work Passion for the craft and curiosity for new techniques. Friendly and collaborative personality. Benefits: Freelance engagements are compensated at $70–95/hour depending on experience and project scope.
