Supervisor

TRC has partnered with our client in the Automotive industry to identify a supervisor who will lead quality inspection operations, support and develop team members, ensure customer quality standards are met, and drive overall operational performance.

Position Summary

This role is accountable for both customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Supervisors accept Ownership of and responsibility for the overall success of every project

assigned, from start to finish, and across every shift. As a central point of contact, you will

develop a strong professional relationship with our customers.

Safety, our first Quality Key, is our top priority in our service delivery.

Monday- Friday

Occasional Saturdays

6AM-2:40pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Actively train and Empower Quality Associates to effectively perform daily project tasks

Perform validations on team members in accordance with our six validation methods on

a specified cadence throughout each shift

Encourage decision-making, guide team members, and validate outcomes

Uphold the highest ethical standards, promoting a culture of Honesty, integrity and

trustworthiness

Address conflicts and performance issues promptly and professionally, encouraging

Transparent communication and resolution

Perform and assist with customer investigations and develop solutions through

continuous improvement methodology

Demonstrate Care through quality service and clear communications to customer

Foster a safe and inclusive work environment where all employees are treated with Care

Support the development of team members through training, mentorship and Honest

feedback

Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to company

values, vision, and quality keys

Coordinate and oversee multiple projects and locations simultaneously, ensuring

adherence to project timelines, objectives, and quality standards

Develop, audit and verify work instructions, ensuring consistent and accurate process

specifications

Maintain accurate ISO documentation, records, and reports related to shift performance,

ensuring accountability and Ownership

Minimum Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to maintain composure under pressure and foster a sense of control

Flexible schedule to support various shifts, as required

An energetic and achievement-oriented attitude

A dedication to customer service and an expert-level of knowledge about client
