Senior Caregiver PositionSenior Helpers is a trusted provider of in-home senior care services dedicated to helping older adults live independently with dignity. Our compassionate caregivers provide personal care, companionship, and specialized support for seniors with Alzheimer's, dementia, and chronic conditions. If you're looking for a flexible caregiving job with a supportive team and meaningful work, we'd love to have you join us!Caregiver ResponsibilitiesAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs): ambulation, toileting, dressingProvide personal care support: showers, bathing, bedpans, commodes, incontinence careHelp with transfers (Hoyer lift, gait belt)Perform light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, dusting, organizing, trash removalProvide companionship and conversationDrive clients to appointments, errands, and community outings (when needed)QualificationsCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, not required1+ year of dementia care or professional caregiving experience requiredMust pass a background check and drug screeningSmartphone & internet access for mobile scheduling and clock-in/outDriver's license and reliable vehicle (willing to drive to Castle Rock / Longview)Comfortable working in homes where clients may be smokersBenefits & PerksCompetitive pay: $19–$22/hour (based on experience and certification)Flexible schedules – part-time shifts availablePaid training & continuing educationHoliday pay : 1.5x payBi-weekly pay with direct depositReferral bonuses & caregiver recognition programsPaid sick time and PTOService AreasWe're hiring caregivers in Vancouver, Portland, and nearby areas.How to ApplyApply today and start making a difference!
