Medical Business Associate - Little Traverse Primary Care Full-time Shift: Day Shift Status: Full Time Location: 8881 M-119, Harbor Springs, MI Schedule: 40 Hours Weekly: Monday - Friday Sign On Bonus: $3,000 (Terms and Conditions Apply) Responsibilities First point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring a professional and efficient experience. Obtain and verify all required patient and insurance information, entering details accurately into the registration system. Schedule patient appointments, including return office visits, referrals, and diagnostic testing/procedures. Set the tone for visits by greeting patients professionally in person and over the telephone, and responding effectively to inquiries. Qualifications Required - Specialist: High school graduate or GED (Associate Degree Preferred) Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Medical Practice Business Associate or similar healthcare role. Proficient in typing, Windows, and experience with multiple computer systems. Required - Associate: High school graduate or GED 6 months to 1 year of Customer Service experience, typically with minimal supervision.
