AI Program Manager

Insight Global is seeking an AI Program Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives focused on ERP optimization, AI adoption, and business process transformation. This individual will serve as the primary owner of ERP-related projects while helping drive the organization's use of emerging AI technologies, workflow automation tools, and AI-powered development resources. The ideal candidate combines strong software development project management experience with the ability to bridge business objectives and technical solutions. Must-Have Qualifications 4+ years of AI Management experience Familiarity with AI technologies such as Grok (preferred), ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot Experience leading software development or enterprise application projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience gathering business requirements and managing software implementation projects Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and align technology solutions with business goals Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies Experience managing project roadmaps, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes Nice-to-Have Qualifications ERP implementation, enhancement, or administration experience Experience driving system adoption, change management, and user engagement efforts Experience with AI agents, workflow automation platforms, or agentic AI solutions Experience working within enterprise application ecosystems and business process transformation efforts Experience managing distributed teams, vendors, or technical resources Position Overview As an AI Program Manager, you will lead ERP enhancement initiatives, software implementation projects, and AI-driven transformation efforts across the organization. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, partnering with business and technical stakeholders, managing project delivery, driving software adoption, and building strategic roadmaps that align technology investments with business priorities.
