As our Parts Manager & Shop Assistant, you'll ensure our Master Technicians have the exact support and parts they need to succeed:

• Workflow & Quality Control: Oversee shop operations, prioritize technician workflow, and perform quality checks to guarantee every repair meets high standards for safety and reliability.

• Strategic Parts Procurement: Order necessary parts, manage vendor relationships, negotiate competitive pricing, and keep parts costs controlled (aiming under 25%) with zero technician downtime.

• Receiving & Inventory Tracking: Use Tekmetric software to check in parts, document pricing, manage cores, and track shop inventory.

• Hands-On & Diagnostic Support: Step in to assist technicians with diagnostics and repairs whenever an extra set of skilled hands is needed.

• Customer & Sales Support: Build accurate estimates, schedule customer appointments, and perform "show and share" walk-throughs to build customer trust and sell needed service.
