What You'll Do

• Provide, teach, supervise, and document nursing care for patients at home
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community teams to coordinate patient care
• Assess patient and family responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly
• Promote health maintenance, disease prevention, and recovery in the community setting
• Follow established protocols and guidelines, demonstrating critical thinking and independent judgment
• Manage time effectively and communicate patient information accurately in verbal and written forms
• Be flexible with work hours and willing to accept on-call responsibilities

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts RN license or IMLC RN license with activation in MA
• Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in community or home health nursing
• Strong interpersonal and supervision skills
• Ability to work independently with critical thinking and emotional stability
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive in varied weather conditions
• Willingness to be flexible with scheduling and on-call duties
