Our nationally accredited treatment centers includeFootprints to Recovery, Vogue Recovery Center, Royal Life Centers, and South Coast Behavioral Health.Position: Clinical Therapist | Vogue Recovery Center | Las Vegas, NVPosition Overview:While providing individual, group, and family therapy, participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning by developing assessments and appropriate mode of therapy to assist client with substance abuse issues.Job Functions:Provide high quality, compassionate, and ethical counseling to clients as scheduled in individual, group, and family therapy settings.Actively participate as a positive member of an interdisciplinary treatment team.Complete treatment plan for each client in caseload and regularly update based on client progress.Complete clinical assessments and documentation as necessary, including but not limited to, treatment plans, biopsychosocial assessments, ASAM’s, discharge plans, etc.Responsible for scheduling individual appointments as directed by supervisor.Proficient Time Management skills.Complete accurate clinical documentation on the same day as date of service.Maintain good standing with the appropriate board and insurance entities.Complete all recommended continuing education requirements.Stay current with updated research and best practices.Be aware of community referral sources and refer when necessary.Secure client information per HIPAA standards.Provides in-service training as needed.Qualification Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field, from an accredited college or university.Licensed in the State of Nevada as a LCSW/CSW-I, LMFT/MFT-I, LCPC/CPC-I, LADC/LADC-I, LCADC/LCADC-I2 - 3 years post-Master’s experience working as a clinician in behavioral health substance abuse field preferred.Strong computer skills required, experience with electronic medical records preferred.Working knowledge of 12-step programs of recovery.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:State of Nevada Board of Behavioral Health examiners to license all qualified individuals via licensing procedure per Nevada Revised Statute requirements. Vogue Recovery Center will verify licensure prior to employment beginning.Language Skills:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and analyze policies and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and their loved ones, customers, and the public.Reasoning Ability:Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Strong assessment skills.Computer Skills:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Electronic Health Records; Internet software; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
