Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. In this role you will design mechanical structures and hardware using 3D CAD modeling tools, create mechanical drawings, manage drawing lifecycle, assist with engineering test efforts, and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure robust design. Basic Qualifications Active Top Secret Clearance Experience with a 3D CAD modeling tool Familiar with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) Desired Skills Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience with additive manufacturing and/or 3D printing Experience with mechanical engineering testing Familiar with PTC Windchill Familiar with aerospace industry specifications (ASME, ASTM, SAE, etc.) Understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) principles Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US citizen for consideration.
