Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Labor and Delivery Department: Atrium Health Cabarrus – Nursing: Labor and Delivery Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details: Full‑time Nights 7p – 7a Pay Range: $44.15 – $66.25 per hour Where You Will Work The Labor and Delivery Unit at Atrium Health Cabarrus provides exceptional care to families throughout the region. The unit includes 5 OB triage rooms, 13 labor rooms, and 2 obstetrical operating rooms, and we welcome approximately 3,000 babies each year. Staffing is 24/7 with an in‑house laborist, continuous anesthesia coverage, and access to Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists and a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Expectations & Qualifications BSN or enrolled in a BSN program Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association At least 6 months of RN experience (position not for new graduates) Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, skillful communication, and leadership to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
