Role

Our Design Associates/Sales team are responsible for generating sales and providing an exceptional experience to all customers consistent with the Natuzzi brand. If you would like to be part of our growing team and have a passion for luxury design, please submit your resume

  Client Engagement & Sales Generation: The Design Consultant is curious, entrepreneurial, and driven and should develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Natuzzi
• products.Using product information and design knowledge, this person will highlight and explain merchandise features and benefits t
• o clients.This position requires an ability to identify customer needs and problem solve, to understand and explain product features and
• benefits.The Design Consultant will prospect new business on a regular basis utilizing company programs
• and tools.The Design Consultant will help customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely interest
• ed manner.This person will have outreach and constant contact with our Trade Partners including realtors, architects and interior
• designers.This person will meet or exceed personal and store sa
• les goals.The Design Consultant will expand the customer's connection to the Natuzzi brand as well as expand the clients vision through suggesting additional items based on assessing custo
• mer needs.This person should be comfortable closing the sale, writing a quote and following up with
• customer.The Design Consultant will communicate opportunities in a positive timely manner and enter the clients' orders according to company policy and
• procedure.This person should demonstrate an enthusiasm f

or design.
