This role requires a proven senior-level leader with demonstrated Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility who can bridge technical execution, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery while managing complex, large-scale operations supporting critical national security missions.'This is a high-visibility, customer-facing leadership position requiring an individual who can manage programs with 100+ FTEs, navigate no-fail mission environments, and drive organizational success through strategic forecasting, financial acumen, and operational excellence. You will be accountable for the full business performance of the program from revenue growth and margin management to customer satisfaction and contract recompete positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & ExecutionDirect and manage all contract deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics for programs with 100+ full-time equivalents (FTEs)Ensure SOW requirements are met within budget and schedule constraints in support of no-fail national security missionsDevelop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, schedules, and reporting artifactsLeverage tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and specialized tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow)Oversee contract compliance including CDRLs, Service Level Agreements, financial tracking, and subcontractor managementDrive continuous improvement initiatives across program execution processesCustomer Engagement & Stakeholder ManagementServe as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for Government customers and senior leadershipInterface directly with Customer, mission partners, and other Intelligence Community stakeholdersProvide executive-level updates, program status reporting, and strategic recommendationsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships that expand program scope and effectivenessNavigate complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities and requirementsAnticipate customer needs and proactively address concerns before they become issuesRepresent the organization at high-level customer forums and program reviewsOperational Leadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams of 100+ personnel including engineering, operations, maintenance, and administrative staffManage subcontractors and ensure CertificationBachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related STEM fieldActive Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperienceProgram Management & P&L (One of the following):10+ years program management experience with demonstrated P&L responsibility8+ years managing programs of similar size and scope (100+ FTEs, $50M+ budgets)10+ years managing complex government contracts supporting national security missionsDomain Experience (One of the following):5-8 years cybersecurity, SOC, or cyber incident response experience5-8 years detection engineering and automation experience5-8 years IT services program management with Intelligence Community customersTechnical & Financial KnowledgeProven track record managing P&L for programs valued at $50M+ annuallyDemonstrated success managing teams of 100+ personnel across multiple disciplinesDeep experience with financial forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planningExtensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS, contract types, and government acquisition processesWorking knowledge of cybersecurity operations, IT service delivery, and technical program executionExperience with CDRL management, Service Level Objectives, Service Level Agreements, award fee, and financial reportingUnderstanding of program execution including scheduling, risk management, and quality assuranceLeadership & Customer ManagementExceptional customer-facing skills with proven ability to build and maintain C-suite and senior government relationshipsDemonstrated success in no-fail mission environments requiring rapid decision-makingTrack record of program growth through customer satisfaction and mission expansionStrong executive presence with ability to brief senior military and civilian leadershipExperience managing in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholdersPreferred
