Travel cna covering a 13-week assignment in or near Duluth, Minnesota, working 24 hours the first week and 40 hours the second week. The role supports long-term care facilities by delivering compassionate patient care and coordinating with nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate patient care in accordance with facility protocols and patient needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient activities and progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Execute assigned tasks during evening shifts, including assistance with activities of daily living and vital sign monitoring.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR certification
• CNA certification
• State-specific license
• Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting
• Ability to work evenings and strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation or nearby residence
