About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Partnerships for Health Systems. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for business development within the health systems market, with a focus on achieving revenue targets that are essential to the growth of the company's practices and service lines. This role requires a professional with a demonstrated \hunter\ approach to sales, the ability to build and nurture relationships with key executives, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the healthcare sector. The VP will be accountable for sourcing new business leads, articulating the firm's value proposition, and leveraging industry knowledge to support the conversion of leads to new business. Executive presence, exceptional client service, and the highest level of integrity and professionalism are essential. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of business experience, and a minimum of 5 years in a sales role, with a preference for those with experience in a professional services firm. The role demands a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a collaborative nature to partner effectively with practice leaders and growth services colleagues. The VP will be expected to travel regularly, be proficient in lead generation, and have a strong network within the healthcare industry. Problem-solving skills, an assertive personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment are also key attributes for the position.
