We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. BCBA Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Conduct assessments Provide training to parents and staff Collaborate with other members of the team Maintain records and documentation Attend professional development activities Supervision of RBTs The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.
