Our client, a leading organization in innovative vehicle testing and fleet operations, is seeking a Mission Readiness Associate 2 to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Associate 2, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting vehicle readiness and fleet management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: $34/h + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Support daily fleet operations at test sites to ensure on-time vehicle readiness for scheduled tests and service operations.
• Perform routine upkeep of vehicles including cleaning, charging, and system checks to maintain optimal performance.
• Assist with logistical tasks such as organizing and transporting spare parts and inventory management.
• Execute mission preparation procedures, including software deployment, configuration verification, and data capture.
• Support incident response efforts and collaborate with team members to resolve vehicle and operational issues efficiently.

What's Needed?

• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in vehicle operations, logistics, or related fields.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate carts, dollies, and other moving equipment safely.
• Comfortable going up and down stairs, standing, walking, and performing physical tasks during shifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
