Motor AssemblerWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Motor Assembler to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling electric motors and related components according to specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble electric motors, coils, rotors, and related components using hand tools and equipmentFollow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematicsInspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracyPerform basic testing and troubleshooting on assembled unitsMaintain a clean and organized workspaceMeet daily production targets and deadlinesAdhere to all safety guidelines and company proceduresReport defects, inconsistencies, or equipment issues to supervisorJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, AL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
