Receptionist (Community Experience Ambassador)

Starting Pay: $15.00/hr
Schedule: Part-Time | 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM | Wednesday, Friday and Every Other Weekend

The Residence at Willow Grove is seeking friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionists (Community Experience Ambassadors) to join our team. If you enjoy helping others, building relationships, and creating a welcoming environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
• Sort mail and assist with clerical and administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the community in a positive manner
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and team members
• Assist with special projects and community events as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking and staying organized
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, assessment, and drug test
