Health, Dental, Vision & 401(k) — full benefits that start quickly Paid time off to recharge and relax Supportive culture where your ideas matter Job security in a respected healthcare school Job Details Salary: $100k-$120K per year Set Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5, daytime hours No weekends, no holidays, 2-week PTO, & 11 day/breaks off What you’ll do: Work closely with nursing students in our ASN & BSN programs Spot students who are falling behind — and help them get back on track Track and boost NCLEX pass rates with personalized support Guide students from the first day to their first license Collaborate with instructors and student services to make sure nobody falls through the cracks Teach or help in lab/sim, when needed Requirements: MSN degree (from an accredited school) At least 2 years of clinical experience 1+ year teaching experience (college-level preferred) Strong understanding of student success strategies and NCLEX prep Active, unrestricted Florida RN license Location: Orlando, Florida.
