Job Description Business Litigation Associate Columbus, OH, US Experience: Senior Level Salary: $150,000 - $215,000 per year Responsibilities and Qualifications At least two years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including business disputes, real estate, breach of fiduciary duties, contract disputes, and business torts such as noncompete/restrictive covenants, trade secret misappropriations, intellectual property, shareholder derivative litigation, and class actions. Excellent academic credentials and a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school; Law Review/Journal or Moot Court experience is a plus. Must be licensed to practice in Ohio. Some trial or evidentiary hearing experience is a plus. Ability to prepare quality first drafts of pleadings, motion papers, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other standard documents. Ability to competently assist with fast‑paced complex litigation while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues.
